WITTE Niederberg combines the former company KROSTA and FINGSCHEIDT in Velbert under one corporate roof now in Wülfrath.
Since 2008 WITTE Niederberg has been the specialist in the WITTE Group for locking and latching systems featuring high-grade surfaces e.g. chromium-plated inner and outer door handles and the Mercedes emblem. Besides, WITTE Niederberg serves as the competence center for stamping and die-cast products and offers the full range from design through die and tool construction to the manufacture of complete assemblies. 260 employees for example handle annually 12,000 tons of steel, 1,400 tons of zinc die-cast metal and 1,400 tons of plastic granulate for the manufacture of stamping, die-cast and plastic products, as well as components for locking and latching systems further processed by the assembly lines in Nejdek and Velbert. Assembly of annually more than three million bearing brackets performed at the site in Dieselstrasse contains components from all basic manufacturing sections of WITTE Niederberg.
